Only if I said "No onions" and it has onions or something like that. Several times I have found hair in my food and you better believe I send that back! And my husband once found a band aid in his mozarella sticks at Applebees and he was furious. He had the manager called over and I don't blame him! Other than that kind of thing, no.

I've sent back cold food that was suppose to be hot. I've sent back steaks that were too bloody when I ordered them medium well. A friend I know sent back a salad 'cause there was a cute little ladybug crawling in it. It happens.

Only if it's really, really bad or a very obvious mistake. Sometimes even though I'm thinking I want mashed potato I guess I say baked, and when it comes to the table I say "I asked for mashed" and my husband will say "You said baked" so I take it. If it's really bad I'll just say something like "I'm sorry, this doesn't taste very good." And see if I can get something else, or at least have it taken off the bill.

Yes I do send things back when I am not satisfied with the quality or if it's not what I asked for. I am paying money for it, why not get what I want?

Only if it's really bad or if any meat I order is undercooked. I will not eat any kind of meat if it has the slightest hint of pink, so that's usually the only reason I send anything back.

Of course. I'm paying for it. It is always a good idea to be polite about it.
