YES. the whole purpose of a marriage, kids (and pretty much LIFE)... is to help yourself, and other people in ur life (especially your spouse!) to be Healthy, Positive, AND Happy. not just "happy" for a moment while doing crack! i mean encourage each other, because u love and Respect each other, to be healthier; to be happier, to learn more, and grow together. that is the purpose of a relationship and eventual marriage; not to bring someone down, ruin their career, introduce them to dangerous drugs etc. =T...... the problem w/ men and women these days is that they marry the person whom they are Passionate about at first, but don't make sure that the person encompasses good morals, values, is strong, independent, confident, smart, healthy, and positive! someone who Proves to you throughout dating that he or she WILL be the best husband or wife to the best of their ability! isn't that worth making of Yourself, and seeking and waiting for in your Partner??
hopefully whitney cleans HERSELF up first, so that she can be a good wife to someone worth it, and then learns to get into a relationship w/ someone who Proves to her that he knows and will take care of her, because he think she's worth it. i don't think bobby respected her or himself; if he did, he would've tried to encourage and get her healthy, not cheat on her. stupid.

i'm no longer truly shocked, they were doomed from the start. It in no way afflicted me that Bobby had youthful toddlers with 2 or 3 distinct women, or that Whitney's 6 years older; I had a situation with the actual undeniable reality that Whitney ought to marry someone who had a lot luggage and couldn't stay out of problem. See, the thing is, Whitney wasn't dusfunctional before Bobby. It's the drugs, and it's a shame.
She should have never married him. I feel bad for their children.
I don't see the point in them divorcing now, becuase they have become so much alike. And if theyre happy, mor epower to 'em.
I just hope they get some professional help- whether it be for drugs, or psychiatrics.. who knows with them.

I think love sure SCREWED Whitney. Maybe she'll get the strength to get her life back on track if she divorced Bobby although she 's an adult and its not fair to blame Bobby for her actions. Who knows?

I think they've brought out the worst in each other, not the best. It seems that they have not been able to help each other gain control of their vices, and the vices have increased, not decreased. It's very sad. This is a situation where love is not enough.

its time for Whitney Houston to get off those drugs, she shouldn't have to put on make-up to look like she has a healthy face. but she can't because her face is all skinny 4rm doing drugs.

It must be good because she's in rehab and in the studio making music. Sometimes, people have to go through events to see if that person is right for them.

yes its good 4 W.H. 2 divorce B.B., even though both of them are dysfunctional.maybe since she is divorced 4rm him she could get off of drugs and go back to sing and come with some more cds.
