The ideal age of marrying whether, men, or women, is just that when a person is old enough to be a responsible Man, or Woman. A 16 year old can be mature enough, and yet a 21 year old may not be.

Men should usually not get married before age 28. Prior to this they are usually mentally immature and hot on the hormones. After a certauin age, the brain starts working again! Women generally mature earlier than men , both physically and mentally, but I feel they shouild wait at least till trhey are 25 or so.

Depends if you are looking for love or not. i would say women would want to get married earlier then men. Men love partying (not sayin women don't) and love to screw around with lots of chicks, and that won't work with dedicating themselves too marriage. I dunno bout the ideal age, but i'd like to slow down start a family and get maried around my early 30's. And he meant by "both men and women" as in a male and females idea of when to get married

Well in my opinion, men need to grow up a little longer than women before committing to one woman. I mean no disrespect to men by this response but we all know most men mature slower than women do. I feel early 30's is good for a woman & late 30's to early 40's for many men is a good age.

i'd say anywhere from 21 to 25. it's usually the time that most people have finished with their own goals (graduating from college, begining a career, financialy stable) and can move on to sharing goals with someone else (having a family, owning a home). Also it's a good age to settle down and have a family because you're still young enough to keep up with the kids.

When there's "two" consenting "adults" mature enough to be able to commit to a monogamous relationship and willing to give 100% of themselves to each other and making it work! I would also say getting an education "before' marriage is very important for both parties so financially both aren't dependent upon one another, because "money" problems are always a "big" reason for marriages breaking up!
