I can't imagine that it is placing enough pressure to cause any harm to the baby. I would just find it annoying to me. Hope you find more comfortable pants!

No this wont hurt your baby. You have to remember that the baby is protected. Just remember you are gonna get bigger and sooner or later it will start hurting. It might work to change the type of maternity pants you are wearing. There are different styles now. I think the best are the ones that have the adjustable panel. I had the same problem with the pants that have the elastic band that is only about a few inches thick. You might also need to get a bigger size, since you are only about 15 weeks you are gonna get bigger soon. You might also think about getting some dress pants that have a elastic band instead of a zipper and button.

It won't hurt the baby, but you need to get up and move every little bit to keep your circulation going. The baby is in the safest place it could be.
Personally, I'd recommend you don't wear them any more. You really need to be as comfortable as possible. Also try sitting, standing, kneeling and other akward positions when you try on future pairs - and really - do try them on. I found that wearing the "over the belly" pants became unbearable as I got larger and larger, and started wearing the kind that fits under the belly. I was constantly tugging them into place, since my belly was pushing down on the elastic, but they were just SO much more comfortable.
Best of Luck!

You probably need a larger size that gives more space in the crotch. I'm not sure that it can harm the baby, but it must be uncomfortable for you. When you try them on either sit in the change stall (if there is a bench) or squat a little to see how much room is there.

No, it should not do any harm to your baby. Don't buy cheap maternity pants! Better to own one or two very nice pairs of pants then to buy dozens of cheap ones. This is no time to skimp. You will have enough discomfort to worry about during pregnancy without added pain of badly designed clothes.

It won't hurt your baby, but any discomfort can't make for a happy mommy. If you need some expert reassurance ask a doctor but I'm sure your baby is fine!

this is one of the worst parts of pregnancy. If it does not hurt then you should be OK. But try to adjust them, mabey tuck a shirt in or something. to make yourself more comfortable.

You should get a belly band available at motherhood, it is the best thing. You can wear all your same clothes while you are pregnant, I love mine i need to get another.
