Does anyone know how much it would cost to invest in a furniture import business?

I am interested in importing furnitures from Southeast Asia into the US. Does anyone know how much starting investment one would need to start a furniture import business, this includes everything from shipping, travelling, purchase, etc.

It depends on how much you want to spend to buy the furniture in the first place. Shipping depends on how, where shipped. If you buy in bulk and have the manufacturer load ocean cargo containers at the mfg. plant the shipping costs are lower. If each piece has to be boxed and shipped individually, it would cost much more.
