he was very gentle with animals, treated them with respect. he was really down to earth, a nice guy. he was real...nothing he did was because of pressure, he did it out of the goodness of his heart. he was a simple man with a huge goal. he actually truely cared for what he put his mind to and didnt expect something in return.

He was always geniuine, always real. He was compassionate, kind, caring, he had a great sense of humour, had a great love for life and his family and the world, he had so much enthusiasm, and knew how to live life and be truly happy. A truly wonderful human being and a great role model. He was so unique, and always down-to-earth, and himself, always real, that's Steve Irwin, a truly awesome and amazing person. He will be very missed.

He lived and died doing what he loved. What better testimonial to a life can there be. He was probably one of the most passionate, dedicated, courageous, and (very importantly) open souls there has ever been in the public eye. He lived the way most of us would love to; doing, everyday, what we love. He was very blessed and a very important part of saving animal life through conservation and education.

NO ONE LOVED ANIMALS AS MUCH AS STEVE, HE HAD A ZEST FOR LIFE NOT FOUND IN MANY TODAY, A GREAT FATHER, AND A WONDERFUL ROLE MODEL FOR TODAYS KIDS... HE DIED THE SAME WAY HE LIVE LIFE AND I'M SO SORRY FOR HIS FAMILY, HE WILL LIVE FOREVER IN THE HEARTS OF HIS FANS AND FOLLOWERS, REST WELL STEVE!!!
