I'm leaning toward McDreamy just because he told her he was in love with her and you could tell it moved Meredith. However, did you notice she seemed jealous when she saw Finn and Callie having a good time? Her feelings for Finn are deeper than I think she knows or will admit.
I found it interesting that McDreamy tell Meredith he is in love with her but didn't say he was leaving Addison.

Well, as much as I love Finn she has to go with McDreamy. They can't build this up for two whole seasons and then just end it. As long as McDreamy is really going to get rid of Addiston and not wimp out, then Meredith belongs with him. Plus it doesn't hurt that he is extremely hot!!

I really think ultimately Meredith will end up with McDreamy, although she may be sorry in the long run. I'm concerned she will initially pick McVet because he would seem to be the safer alternative.........however the fire and passion is with McDreamy.....married or not............my gosh, when he said he was in love with her last night, my heart melted!!!!!! No wonder they refer to him as McDreamy!!!!!

I hope and think it will be McDreamy, Chris Donaldson, aka Fin, is only a "guest star". But if it is McDreamy, what happens to Addison? She is seriously going to make Meridith's life hell! And poor Izzy, I just wanted to hug her! And who is getting tired of Christines' tough girl attitude towards Dr. Burke?

I say Mcdreamy because she waited so long and she still loves him. Thier love is so deep. But on the other hand the Vet is ready to put his racing shoes on and see who gets Meridith at the finish line so he's a keeper too.

Finn. The doc pass her up for the wife who cheated on him and has been doing things to keep her hanging on for months now. That's not the type of guy I would want. I want the guy "that brings my sick room mate lunch even when I'm not there". 100% Finn.

Finn... it pissed me off the McDorky finally wised up after he saw her falling for someone else... what an a hole to do that to her.... i mean he could have just let her be happy, and lived with his own mistake, but noOOoo, he laid it off on her now, so if she doesn't pick him then he gets to be mad, when it's all his stupid fault in the first place...... whew just makes me mad all over again writing this...lol
