My sister just quit smoking and she needs something to do to keep her busy. She also has rhumatoid arthritus so it cant be something that would cramp her hands.

If she could hold a pencil, then she could do crossword, sudukuo(sp), word find, many computer games that only use a click of a mouse etc. They use miminal hand usage yet keep the mind busy.
