Whether you are on a PC or a Mac, most email services have a button called attachments. If you click this it should allow you to browse and find the picture/scan you want to send, once selected in will become part of the email and you can send it. Jpegs or gif's are probably best. Your problem is you are not selecting the individual image rather than the whole folder/disk. Plus if the scan/image is big ie over a 1000k in size it will take a long time try compressing it down. Good Luck

Work from Yahoo mail...If you have yahoo mail beta, you can Drag and Drop a photo into your email note, this is better than sending off as an attachment...But if it is a CD that you are trying to send, it would be better off sending as an attachment..You can controll how many photos that you want to send off by sending as an attachment, as you will have to upload them one at a time...

Hey well it depends what email program your using most require it to be an attachment but if your using AIM/AOL email client you can simply just put it in the email body itself.
What you do when you see the picture the one you want while your viewing the CD just right click it and choose save as, save that pic in whatever file you want and name it , but remember where you put it and the name.
I prefer Aim/AOL email client that way you can see exactly what you sent it shows in the body. You can get AIM mail for free and its just like AOL. Yahoo is my next fave just hate doing attachments but if you save the picture as I said in a file you can be sure that is the only thing your sending.... Hope this helped a little...GL!!!
