You can by the replacement mirror,Just the mirror and not the whole assembly at the dealer. Then ask what type of adhesive to use. You'll have to put the adhesive on then use tape to hold the mirror in place for a few hrs. Don't mess with the trace and cut mirror. they suck and will probably look bad. And you won't have that nifty sticker that says objects in mirror are closer than they appear on it

Make a paper template tracing from the good mirror. Cut it out use reverse side for Passenger mirror.
The mirror unbolts from behind a piece of plastic trim in the lower front corner of the window.

I would go to the dealer and ask if replacement mirrors are available. If I'm not mistaken they are held in place by silicone sealant. If your old mirroris broken you should be able to peel some of the old stuff off and if it is real rubbery it is silicone.

open the door. on the inside of the door opposite of the mirror on the outside, there should be a triangular panel. either you can pry it off or their are screws if you feel around the edges. once you get that off, their should be two or three screws holding the mirror to the outside of the door. unscrew, fix the mirror, screw, replace panel, make sure it's on/screw again, all done.

If you need glue go to the home store and buy PL400. That is the only thing that will work in all weather.
