Quarell can not be eliminated as long as there is politics.
The ideology of the peoeple are also different . Pakistan is an officially declared islamic state . It is a theocratic state .That means it is officially a state following the tenets of Kuran in its politiceis and relationships . That relgoious philosophy won't permit it to live in peace with any non-muslim state as people following that religon do nt respect others and consider othere people as noin-believers who do not deserve to exist in the world . Their religous command is to forcibley convert all people of the world to Islam or to kill them if they do not accept Ilsm. Can such a policy allow any one to live in peace with his neighbour at any time ?will a state following such a policy can ever establish a peaceful and respectful relation with any country that is not a theocratic Islamic state .or non-muslim state ? it is wishful thinking . A theocratic islamic state can never contribute to peace and tanquility in the world. India has nothing to quarell with any of its neighbour , except pakistan which is in forcible occupation of a part of the Inid an teritory in kashmir .apart from this Inid has absolutely nothing else to complain against pakistan , exept its continued occupation of the inid an territory in Kashmir and its continued proxy war by sending into Inidian territory the fundamentalist Islamic terrorists by training them in warfare and arming them with weapons to destroy life and property in India. Inidia is not engaged in any terrorist activities anywher . but Paksitan is continuing its training of terrorists to fight against Inid in the name of a Jhihad in kashmir in accordance with its religous philosophy . Pakistan pretending to support the a freedom movement in Kashmir int the territory of Inida , is itself occupying a territory in kashmir and suppressing the freedom movement in Baluchistan in its state itself . It is trying to take over the state of Kshmir on the ground that it is predominantly a muslim state , but forget ing the fact that if such a logic is applied , Pakistan itself will have to annexed to Inida as the Muslim population of Inidia is much more than Pakistan and Bangla desh put together .so considering the character of the Ideology , behaviour and charcter of Pakis tan , there is absolutely no possiblility of any peacful relation ship between Inida and Pakistan or anywheire in the world also as the Islamic terrorists all over the world are graduated from the special Madhrasas specially run by the government (ISI wing )of Pakistan. Any peace in the region or the world is to expect the impossible as long as Pakistan exists as a theocratic Islamic state under the control of its military.
To establish peace in the region , Pakistan has to become a true democarcy and a secular republic , free from the grips of its Military., It is virtually the military that has been and is ruling Pakistan.and it has been and is under the rule of its military . Its ideology does not seem to be conducive to democracy. It seems that Islam is opposed to democracy also. A military dictatorship and a democracy can not live in peace together.
