go to freeweblayouts.net and click on layouts. after u look through the catergories choose one and select one of the backgrounds then copy and paste the code into the "about me" section of your myspace profile edit

do a general search on yahoo or google for free myspace layouts and it'll return several options or you can look at other people's pages and if you like what they have somewhere on their page there will be a link to where they got their layout
