The scariest movie I have ever watched is The Grudge! I was so scared i had nightmares for a couple of days and was to scared to get off the couch to turn it off.

The Exorcist was an extremely scary movie. The scene where
she walked down the stairs backwards freaked me out for days.

Audition is an fairly frightening action picture, that's totally stunning and annoying. The Descent is an incredible claustrophobic horror action picture. The Orphanage is a very chilling horror action picture.

The Grudge scared the crap out of me for days, the creepy little boy and that damn black haired girl.. I would freak in the shower every time I washed my hair . It didn't help that my friend who I went and saw it with kept making that noise the little boy made for days freaking me out further.
