Theres these 3 girls ay my workplace always talking shyt about everyone...the odlest one is in her 40's but she thinks and acts like shes 20...they talk shyt about everyone in front of me so its like if i leave i only wonder wat they say about me...how can i ignroe them and just not be bothered by the things they say?

Be honest with them, politely. Tell them that you are not interested in gossip, and then ignore them and do your job. Who cares what they say about you, and I bet most people already know that they are like this. If you can avoid them, it would be easier for you. If it becomes a real problem, you can always talk to your boss and ask for his/her advice for dealing with the problem. Try to be positive about it, like telling your boss that you tried to ignore them, and you told them you are not interested in the gossip but they did not stop and ask what else you can do.

People who talk at work don't work well with others. They will fall down sooner or later. Be there to pick them up and you will win a friend and gain respect, Maybe down the road some one will tell you that they've herd good things about you.
Leave them to there own devices for now, Yours will always come to you.

Next time they start talking shyt - tell them in a joking way 'Cor you lot talk rubbish .....I'd love to know what you say about me sometimes!' ...

That sucks bad I've been there
Let me tell you, its hard to ignore it but remember what goes around comes around
There were 4 ladies at my work like that & none of them are working here now...
They are not worth worrying about
Just ignore them

Just do your job and get a life outside of work.

girls will be girls in this case women ha im 15 and live with that **** everyday... just ignore them and be the more mature person... and if there spreading rumors have it stop with you i mean what r they like 15 yr olds... geesh
