Open the browser, go to the URL for your Web Access Outlook.
Depending how it's set up, you may need to configure your browser according to their security settings, you may (hopefully will) need to provide userid & password & then away you go !

You need it configured on your exchange box, although 5.5 does not support this feature. If inside your network just type in your exchange box's name into the browser or outside use the IP.
