In the video with the bugs pinned (forget it now) he uses a Schecter Omen 6. I know this because I own one.
It's electric blue, they can cost anywhere from $200-400 depending on where you get it. I can play all Chevelle songs perfectly with that guitar and the sound for other hard rock is absolutely incredible.
The link is a picture of the guitar, it matches with the guitar in the video perfectly.

Pete Loeffler of Chevelle sports five Paul Reed Smith guitars (four Custom 24's and a Custom 22), tuned to various keys: B, C# and D. Guitars tuned to B and C# feature custom sets of DR strings (.013-.056). Those tuned to D use production DR .011's. The guitar signal is sent to a Shure ULXP4 UHF wireless, where it is then routed to the pedalboard. There it enters a BOSS TU-2 Chromatic Tuner and it processed by a SansAmp GT2 and a BOSS BF-3 Flanger. An Axxess Switcher allows Pete to choose the channels on a pair of Mesa/Boogie Mark IV heads. The sound reaches the audience from a pair of Mesa/Boogie 4x12 cabinets. Guitar tech "Rock" says he plans to get the effects into a rack for the next tour so he can take over the switching and let Pete concentrate on performing.

He seems to use several. They're definitely not Gretsch, which are my favourite. They look like Fender or maybe Ibanez in the pix... go see.
