I guess you need a replacement soon.. better have it check or it might cause problems later, but the charge for repair cost much a day and buying new one is recommendable..
if it is new..ask the store dealer, it is old...looking for new one and safe and energy efficient is something to consider..
read the instructions included when you purchased it before checking problems...

if your nuke machine is over five yrs old buy another one , but frist try this ,
take the micro to anther outlet
if it does the same thing , buy new,
if it sounds normal check you plug where yo uplug it in sound like you have a loose neutral, swap first, then call an electrican tell him to chceck for loose neutral will save some time on your bill
