Breakfast Club.
This movie was excellent! It is really in my opinion that covered the true people in high school.
The Preppy (Molly Ringwald)
The Jock (Emilio Estevez)
The Quiet One (Ally Sheedy)
The Troublemaker (Judd Nelson)
The Geek (Anthony Michael Hall)
The Mean Teacher (Paul Gleason)
I am not sure what you would be missing with this flick and the best part of it is thru the 80's (when it was made) till now, it still has the same problems that kids deal with these days..)
This flick could easily, be in in the top 100 films ever made!

Have to say The Breakfast Club was best...
Grease was okay but I liked the 2nd one better (even though nobody else does...)
Pretty in Pink was good back in the day...
I hardly remember Saturday Night Fever, although I remember I enjoyed it...
Sleepless in Seattle was pretty cute...
The Family Man...too negative...
