its all up to how you feel... If you are always cold then your house will be warmer but if you ae alwasy warm lower the heat or turn the air or fan on.

That all depends on you!!!! I keep my thermostat on 79 during the day and down to 70 at night. I'm in Texas and it is still "hot" here. 97 dergrees today. I will probabaly be in the swimming pool after work!!!!Yipee!!!!!!!

i think your house temp. should be around 72 degrees but i change mine to about 74 when i was up beacuse i am always cold.....hope i helped..
