If you are carrying one baby you shouldn't be much bigger than when you got pregnant. your clothes should just now feel a little tight around your waist. your uterus doesn't grow up and out until after the 12th week. by 16 weeks you'll defiantly have something to show for all that morning sickness!

First, tell your partner to go to hell. Second, everyone is different. If you are very small and petite, you will show very early. Plus, MOST woman have already starting showing and look the part at 12 weeks anyways. I know most of my clothes fit, but we snug. By 14 weeks, I needed full on maternity clothes. Talk to your doctor if you are concerned, because you might be farther along than thought. But you are a beautiful, pregnant woman....enjoy the experience....there is nothing else like it.

At 11 weeks you won't be showing yet, maybe gained a pound or two, but you shouldn't be showing yet. There is a great book you should pick up, it's called "What to expect when your expecting" it tells what happens to you body each month and what development the baby has made. It is a great book, it answered just about every question I had during pregnancy.

it all depends on your curent weight and how you are going to carry a baby some ppl carry more side to side and that means you pop out less and some carry all up front and means they still have a hour glass curve ..

if you are a little over weight from my experience it pops out our little flab earlier and we look bigger sooner and more so if we are carrying to the front...with my son i was like this and by 3 months it lookes like i was more and even my doctor said i was big i thought i was gonna have twins hahah

and if we are alot over weight some times you cant tell at all untill like 5 months pregnant i was like that with my daughter and then i carried her to my sides too so i had no curve and was just fat !!

but with my first son i was skinny and things were as they say average but with my big boobs and a loose t-shirt i could hide up to almost six months !! i guess your cloths have alot to do with it too !!!so just so many things depend on it

but if your not sure of your dates if you get a unltrsound they can tell you by measurments almost the exact day you concieved and how old your baby is !!

oh and congrats to you !! i have 5 kids and being a mother is great !! i have lost my mind though i might have another hahah

Every women and every pregnancy is different. Sometimes you show right away while other times nothing shows until 5 or 6 months. Don't worry-as long as you know you are getting all of your nutrition for your child than you are fine. Just take care of your body for the little one inside.

Every woman is different but at 11 weeks or under 2 months, you shouldn't be showing yet. Don't be so concerned about your figure, just make sure you eat a healthy diet and drink plenty of water and healthy fluids.

if it's your first kid, you should not be showing when you wear clothes. Most women I know just had a tiny bump that you could only see when they were wearing a bathing suit of yoga clothes.
If it's not your first, you will show earlier. Same for multiples (twins, triplets, etc).
However, if you're really showing, that's probably weight gain, not the baby. Gaining too much is not good for you or the baby (amps your risk of diabetes and preeclampsia and the kid's risk of diabetes), so you should ask your doctor just to be sure.

Depends on what pregnancy you are in. If it is your first you will not normally begin to show until the 4th month. With the rest you will show sooner. If your husband is questioning your size and weight take him to your next appointment and have him address the doctor on the matter. If you are the right size they will put him in his place.

Look up yahoo search engine...click on images...then type in 11 weeks pregnant then click search. It will show people 11 weeks pregnant and maybe even what the fetus looks like. You shouldn't be showing at all. Your just bloated.

It will vary from person to person. I was so sick that I had lost weight with both my pregnancies. A friend of mine could not get enough food and had gained 12 pounds that first trimester. If your dr. says you are fine then you are fine. So unless your partner is a dr. how would he know how big you should be?
