i was shocked and happy at the same time when Jackonsville beat the Steelers on monday. Jackonsville still won't get any credit and the Steelers will still be the favorite and over rated

Yes it was. I didn't expect a shutout, but I did think the Jags would win that game. This week the naysayers are out in droves again on the Jags vs Indy game. Manning and the receivers are too skilled everyone is saying. Once again, a great defense can beat a great offense. I think the Jags can hold the Colts well below their normal offensive output. Manning will put up some numbers, but I don't think the Colts will put up enough points to win against this very determined Jags defense. I'm expecting another low scoring game with the Jags winning by something like 16-14 or 17-16.

Screw the Steelers. I had them in my football pool. If they would have won I would have won $210 bucks.
The Jags defense was very good.
The Steelers brought back Roethlisberger too soon. I believe if Batch played, the Steelers would have won.
Jack Del Rio is doing a good job with Jax. If they beat Indy, look out. I hate Indy too. But that will be a tough one.

Yes...was.
I'm a Steeler fan from Pittsburgh. My take? I think in the first place they should have not played Ben as QB (even if he wanted to play) 104 temp and by the end of the game he was like flippin' hallucinating...we all kept commenting on how crazy he looked..you could see how sick he was...AND...he is overthrowing ..making wild tosses..and there all the time is Charlie Batch (who's proved himself) just standing there on the sidelines. If we had at least put him in the second half we (might) have had a different game. (might) Then we have Troy Pulumalu out there playing the whole game with one arm hanging like it's dead..trying to protect his shoulder...I mean that's crazy! And I love Heinz Ward but he just was NOT up to par...and the bottom line? I give it to those Jags! They played a good game and HOW TALL ARE THEY!!!??? lol....
As for us? Better luck next time...I hope.

The Jag's defense was OK. I think the Steelers should have used Charlie Batch again. I don't think that Ben was ready, as it showed.

I realize that Cowher had to get Big Ben in and up to speed but that was too much too soon.
He should have brought Batch in no later than the 3rd quarter to give them a chance.
Hats off to the Jags. They played the full 60 minutes. This is a team to watch.

I did not see the game but I did see them win against the Dolphins or whoever, when the Jaguars were an underdog. I think they are a very good team and will suprise a lot of people. Mostly the teams the Jaguars will beat. Oh right that was the Dallas Cowboys they beat ...24 to 7
