Ebay hands down. With luck, you can type in "Antique Nascar Cars" and you'll come up with 10+ offers. But make sure you wait until the offer has almost expired, so you can get a real idea of how much someone would spend for that particular car. Then, maybe add another $10-$70 dollars on top of that, because the buyer (most likely) is going to turn around and sell it again for a profit if it's a collect able.

I am a nascar collector,either check e-bay or becketts. They
will give you the best idea what it is worth.

Look for one of the "Beckett's price guides",these can be found at most book stores in the collectable section
