I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I have a really bad sore throat and I know you can only take certain meds while pregnant. Can anyone tell me what I can take that will help me?

I am 39 weeks pregnant and have a bad cold. I have just been drinking a lot of liquids and decaf tea with honey and a piece of hard candy helps too. I would call the dr. to see if he can recommed something over the counter if you feel you cant just wait it out.

U should be able to GARGLE a mixture of peroxide & water (1:1 ratio) without harm to yourself or baby. It will have a funny after-taste, but won't be terrible. 2 or 3 times a day usually helps me.

I've had 2 colds so far I am almost 6 months. I took menthol drops. I asked the OBGYN and he said it was fine. I also gargled with salt and water.

Call your OB/GYN and they should be able to give you a list of medcations that are safe. All doctors say something different.

It depends on your doctor. Ask the doc. My doctor let me take benadryl. But they are all different so you should ask.

you could have an infection that could effect your baby ...call your ob/gyn why risk it?

Gargle with listerine or saltwater. Do not swallow it.
