It's a country in the middle of Africa. Here are a couple of good resources for you.
www.wikipedia.org Just type in the name and you will get plenty of information about the country or whatever else you want to find out about. Be advised that this site is largely based on users' "knowledge" about a topic and usually tends to be a rather liberal viewpoint.
www.cia.gov Again, just type in the name of the country and then pick the "factbook" about the country. There will also likely be some appedices to the book, which you can read or skip, depending on how much you want to know. Be advised that this is what the government wants us to know or think about any given country.
