Has anyone lost satellite T.V. signals or cell phone signals today, especially both at the same time?

Is the pres. in town?
I hear that the secret service travels with a device that jams ALL communications in the area surrounding the pres.

Happened here when Clinton came by in '94

ok i work at a dr.s office in marietta, georgia and twice today the power has flickered on and off, my computer and my phone shut down.....wierd huh?
