Doesn't look like there is one, sadly. I've tried Babel Fish, Google Translator, and so far nothing.

The closest I've come is two pages containing a Lexicon, below.

The third link's been posted earlier, by someone else. I recognise the site it's on, though: they do a Latin language translator, and frankly, that one is pants.

Good luck with the Welsh one, though.

Welsh online translators are a pile of pants ... u wud be better off asking for a welsh person to translate it for u ... but always bear in mind the north and south have diff dialects and diff ways of spelling things ....

none of the ones I've come across are accurate, so don't bother. Do it the hard way, or ask a Welsh speaker to do it for you.

unless it is racist babelfish should do it, or reverso.com. it seems to translate obscure languages, why not welsh.
