Mine is watching my kids grow up, their smiles, laughter, all the funny things they do. Watching them become their own person.

I may not get the best answer but you did say a (single) person. My answer is a family together enjoying being together and having a good time, together. Whether we like to admit it that is getting to be rarer and rarer these days.

knowing when to let go--i mean, sometimes something means a lot to you (whether its a person, moment, memory, etc) but knowing what it was and keeping it forever

not knowing what life has in store for you. there have been times when i think "if i'd known what was going to happen this time last week, i wouldn't have believed it". i love that feeling

A person, when they are excited. A sunrise and sunset. A child when they have discovered something for the first time. Red and yellow fall leaves. Any flowers. Music that can take you to another dimension, and makes your body have to move, and your heart swell with the feeling of magnificence.

The smell of a fresh rain outside, the sound of a baby cooing to its momma, puppies, when you see two very old people holding hands after being married 40+ years. Beautiful things are all around us, it takes a moment to see them.
