I prefer milk. You know when you used to put milk in the pan and then put your chocolate in? That's more fun than tearing open a pouch and pouring it into some water. Sometimes I do the water thing though.

Milk for sure! I hate that watery crap they call hot chocolate when its made with water. Its so nasty. Use whole milk, bring to just below boiling, add 1 tablespoon cocoa, 2 tablespoons sugar and some vanilla. Stir well and dont forget the little marshmallows!

I fill it about 3/4 full with water then the rest of the way with milk. That way it's not too thick and not too hot, either.

Milk, water just makes it taste like chocolate water. Gross!!!
