yes, you want to look for whole food vitamins and not synthetic ones
look at the way they are processed. Do a test put your vitamin in a glass of water and see how long it takes to disolves.... if it does at all you want one that disolves preferably in about 30 min.

I think you might need more of some vitamins than others, but they're not necessarily better.

If you mean name brand No! Otherwise vitamin B, B6, cranberry,and vitamin C.

Absolutely! Like Deb says, do the water test. What good is any vitamin if it won't dissolve and assimilate into your system? The more quickly it dissolves, the more quickly your system can utilize it. I avoid synthetics altogether.
