Starting with college seems like it would be good for whatever you want to do. If you go to a liberal arts college or a state school, you can start on your core requirements with out having to decide on a major in the beginning. You can also go to the college career center and they should have some personality assessment tests that can help you with focusing on potential careers.

It sounds like a lot of the places you would like to work offer job opportunities that do not require a degree. For example you could try one summer working as a camp counselor. You can probably work at the front desk of a YMCA and get to know what some of the careers available there.

If your looking for a way to make a little money during the job hunt check this out. First, you should create a seperate email account for this, or really any online site you will need to give your email to cause they will spam you with emails. Then go to http://www.*************/index.php?ref=9... and register with that new email. All you have to do is take surveys and answer questions, nothing more, nothing less. You're going to see surveys where you can make anywhere from $10-50 but avoid those. They will end up asking you to buy something or sign up for a trial or something like that and its really not worth it. Stick with the $.50-2.00 surveys. Do 8-12 $1 surveys in an hour...you do the math. Message me if you have any questions

Why not enrol on a free course to learn sign language. I have done level 1 and 2 and have found it most satisfying when you can help a deaf or hard of hearing person to communicate in a hearing world.
