I'm betting it's been done already and there is some poor strange being in a celler somewhere to prove it. If it had been perfected yet, I think we'd know....Some glory-grabbing scientist would just have to crow about it.

You should read a book called In His Image, written by David Rorvik. Rorvik claimed that the book was non-fiction and in it he describes the story of a very wealthy man who has a clone made. Rorvik was a science writer and never claimed that the book was untrue...but he was laughed off until Dolly came out. When Dolly proved that cloning was possible all of a sudden the book was revisited and then systematically ignored again.

So if you really want to know, read the book. Rorvik said it was done in the 70's.

Hmmm, would your parents go for it? A second chance to start over with you? Would your spouse give "you" a try out?

Think you are sure?? Don't be....
