I sent email to [e-mail], subject: homework and I would like to retrieve it and do some changes before he could read it. It is very important.

Unless you use an e-mail system that supports recalling messages, and you have sent it to an internal user (i.e.: if you're also on the uophx.edu e-mail system), you cannot recall e-mails.

MS Outlook supports message recall, but only for internal users. I'm not sure what other systems support it.
