Something personal...like a picture of you and the celeb as kids in a nice frame. Just because they have all the money in the world, doesn't mean they don't have a heart for family :-)

First off, no one has everything. So make it sentimental or something they'll remember, like from their high school prom picture (blown up and professionally framed) or such. They can "get" what they want. So get them something that means something. Maybe their "first gold record" framed, etc., something "they were to busy to do."
