Israel has been invovled in every war crime you can name and every crime against humanity that is in the books and has been at this since 1946 even before it overthrew the Palestinian National Government and seized its land.
Even Bush and his handlers are getting Congress to grant them immunity against war crimes charges because of their association with the criminal state of Isreal. And the miscreats are only asking immunity for "policy makers"--and not for the American soldiers who are being ordered into all this fighting.
So WHY should anyone have the nerve to single out Hezboallah for charges? THIS IS THE QUESTION. ANSWER IT IF YOU CAN.

Hezbollah is accused of war crimes for targeting civilians(although most of the proofs show that this is not true)...Israel has been accused of war crimes(in this conflict with Lebanon) for deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure...although it seems that in the last 72 hours of the conflict they dropped cluster bombs to kill civilians and militants...and most of those cluster bombs are still killing people in Lebanon...
No one has ever asked for any explanations from Israel.They did whatever they wanted in Palestine and Lebanon and every time someone tried to punish them US always stood up for Israel...They vetoed every sanction and condemnation against Israel when they could...As long as Israel has such a strong supporter like US why anyone would try to bother her with "minor facts" like war crimes?

Everyone in your neighborhood thinks that you don't have the right to exist, and has vowed to kill you. The attempts to kill you are vicious, brutal, and without end. The things that Isreal does are all in defense of or retaliation for these attacks. Attacks for merely being in the world.

unfortunately this is a situation where at least one group is going to be victims. its not fair to the jews for israel not to exist, and its not fair that the palestinians have to suffer for israel's right to exist.
