I use BT Yahoo Mail. I would like to send the same email to everyone listed in my address book. I know how to insert all of the addresses into the " To Field ".

My question is will all the recipients see all of the addresses?

If you use BCC no-one else will see who else is in the BCC field

BUT....

and this is a big butt....

if you copy someone into the BCC field, they will also be copied into any "reply all" emails and if they respond with a "reply all" email then EVERYONE will get the email.

I've seen people in big big big trouble about this- very funny when its not happening to you =D

Yes, recipients will see all addresses.

In order to make it so only one address is shown and no one else can see each others e-mail address, use BCC (Blind Carbon Copy). That way, you don't have to worry about all the recipients seeing all of the addresses.

The easiest way to hide other people's email addresses is to use the bcc field (Blind Carbon Copy) - this copies the mail to other people but doesn't show their email address to others who recieve the email.

You can put your own email in the To: field and the addresses you wish to send to in the bcc: field and you'll see what happens and what each person will see.

Yes they will...If you don't want anyone to be able to see the email address that you are sending to, put all email address of the people who you are going to send to in the BC area on the note that you are sending off, once they get the mail, it will not have any email address showing up...

Yes, all recipients see all addresses in the "To" Field.

If you want to send mail to other people without anyone knowing put their Address in the BCC field ( stands for Blind carbon copy)

Yes, everyone will see all of the addresses. You might try Blind Copying everyone, instead. Click the BC button at the top of the email. Each person will receive the email, but will have no idea that anyone else has as well

Yes they will. If you don't want to share everyone's address with everyone, put all those addresses in the field that says BCC or blind carbon copy, that way the other addresses stay private.

You my friend need to use the "cc" and the "bcc" options.
When cc (carbon copy) field is entered the recipient sees all the addresses but if you enter bcc (blind carbon copy) then the recipients will not see the other addresses.

Yes
If I want to do this and hide the addresses from each other, I put my address in the to box and the others in the bcc box. bcc stands for Blind Carbon Copy, a throw back from the days of typed documents.

Yes all of them see all of the addresses if you put all the addresses in To and CC but if you want to hide some email address from all of the other people you can put them in Bcc...
Good luck
