Any ideas on where to stay for a resonable rate?
My brother and I are going to go there to vacation and need a place to stay that is nice and clean, but resonable.

Comfort inn & Suites Downtown Chicago is sometimes very cheap. It's a nice hotel to stay at. If you wan't real cheap hotels stay in the South Suburbs of Chicago. The Comfort Suites in Lansing is great. It has huge rooms some are only $70.

Go to priceline.com

Then click on Chicago and name your own Price

On the map, find the areas you will accept, and click them all.
Then put in 3 stars for the hotels, and give them a bid of $50 a night. If nothing comes up, up it to $55, then $60 etc until you get something. You will be truly amazed. I have never paid more than $70 and I have stayed in 3 star hotels all over the country. I have converted all my friends and family.

I stayed at the Hilton on Michigan Ave. It was reasonable. About $80 a night.

Try looking for online deals deals through different hotels. Go to their websites and see if there are any specials for booking online...could be cheaper than just showing up at the front desk.
