Is he on any medication or under stress through work/education/personal problems at the moment.

He is going through internal turmoil at the moment and stuck in a downward spiral.

Every time he is in an intimate situation with you he feels the need to get an erection and is worried if he can't. This worry will then have an adverse effect and makes it more difficult to 'Get It Up'

He has, perhaps, not lost his libido but, in actual fact, does not want to put himself in the position where you will both be disappointed.

It is a hard thing for a man to accept and will be affecting him more than you may know.

My advice would be to be patient with him. It would be advisable to maybe see a specialist but for a man to accept he has a problem like this is not nice. It is a very big blow to the ego.

The main point to get across is that this is not permanent and things will improve.

Good luck!

Hi I think your boyfriend needs to see his GP fairly sharpish, as th hotflushes combined with tiredness and loss of libido sounds horomonal. This is what happens to menopausal women when there horomones go out of whack. Tiredness and flushing is not normal and could be indicative of an endocrine problem (thyroid, lupus, loads of stuff), or some thing more serious, not to scare either one of you but certain cancers produce Estrogen which would account for all the syptoms. If your boyfriend has any tender lumps (actual hard lumps not just a bit bumpy as lymphnodes feel bumpy)in his armpit, groin, testicles or pecs get him to get an emergency Drs appointment tommorrow. It is worth phoning NHS direct and chatting to them. www.nhsdirect.nhs.uk
BUT PLEASE DON'T PANIC as a virus would cover all the syptoms too and sometimes can have odd affects without making people snuffly or obviously ill.
But it's always better to be sure than worry.

Oh honey, do no longer cry. i'm in a similar subject. i'm 31, we in simple terms have been given married this summer season. He beverages beer at evening and it keeps him from getting erect, he does it very almost on a daily basis and that i've got self belief like he likes Budweiser greater suitable than me. i do no longer understand if your husband is cheating, yet there is obviously something happening. you ought to get him to make it easier to know what's up. it is going to suck, yet you're able to be able to desire to confront him head to head on an afternoon without work, take a seat him down and ask him what's misguided. you are able to no longer in user-friendly terms keep residing this variety. that's undesirable for the two one among you. ultimate.

Has he got a mental health problem? Some of the drugs taken for mental illness can cause changes in sex habit. Please remember that one in four people have a mental health problem. What kind of recreational drugs is he on? How much alcahol does he consume? So many variables, have a good chat with him and find out.
