You have to make a personal decision to move and find ways of doing it. The best way to start is absolutely NO CONTACT with him at all!

You have the proof. That is all you need. Now you need to make yourself strong and walk out that door. Why would you want to be in a relationship where you always need to compete for this man's love? Actually, it is not love. A devoted man would not cheat on someone he loves and respects. He will never admit to cheating either. Which means you can never trust this person and you will always question his answers. Let this one go.

You knew 6 months into the relationship he was a cheater and you stayed with him. You dont need him to admit what you know he did. You had all the info you needed and you stayed and now you want to move on and can't? You obviously don't trust him because you listened to his message...and still you stayed. You have self-esteem issues? Leave him and work on YOU.

Just move on. If he's a cheater, of coarse he's going to be a liar. Don't obsess about whether or not he'll admit it.
So you're 30, there are plenty of 30 year old men out there.
Move on, better yourself.

It's better to be alone for the right reasons than together for the wrong reasons. I know it's hard because you love him. Being alone can be a very scary prospect. Still you'll never find the right guy until you get rid of the wrong guy. Good luck.

The only way to get over someone is to cut off all contact with that person. I used to keep talking to my ex and we kept getting back together like 'tards.... One day, I decided enough was enough and we stopped calling each other. I haven't seen or heard from him in 2 years or more. It helped that, due to other circumstances, my address and phone numbers (home/cell/work, etc.) changed so even if he wanted to reconnect, it would be impossible for him. I made a point to "forget" his numbers and address too.

You might not get over him fast, but go out on the town and find you another guy. How can he not admit to something that you have evidence of.

99% of people who cheat never admit to it some pathetically enough they are caught red-handed but sitll refute it. If as you say you have proof that he has cheated try and move on cos he will do it again and you will keep hurtin better hurt once and for all than over and over again. good luck

once a man cheat on you, he will likely cheat again, and again. find you a hobby, go out with friends, dont mope at home. Throw everything that means something to him and you away. Youre 30, youre still young as hell, dont live in denial, if he cheats on you, it means that you're worthless to him. Important thing to do is to not communicate with him and keep busy with your own life. good luck.

Oh honey... just kick his behind to the curb, put yourself together and get back out there and start dating again.

Finding a cute boy toy is the best revenge against a cheating lover.
