You know, some highly intelligent people are just poor public speakers. Some really stupid people are wonderful speakers (and no I will not give examples because we each have our own opinions on that). I try to imagine what it must be like for Bush to have every syllable he utters scrutinized and every misspoken word replayed a billion times declaring, "what an idiot"!
How soon they forget "WE are the president". (anyone remember that?)

A decade ago to learn English, you had to attend costly English classes or purchase course material like tapes and books. Now you can learn English for free from the comfort of your home using the internet. The BBC and the British Council offer a number of online courses which teach written and spoken English. You can also improve your English by watching television programs and reading English newspapers. For more information, visit http://tinyurl.com/qnzpt

No one knows for sure that George attended Yale. They cannot find records of him reporting to class.
Some people just take him at his word that he went to Yale, assume he was a legacy, and leave it at that.
I prefer the following explanation:
Dubya suffered with a speech impediment into young adulthood. He gave the following interview during his first run for public office to a local paper (the Texas Neophyte). This interview created the mistaken assumption that he went to college:
Texas Neophyte: Where did you acquire your moral fortitude?
Dubya: Yale
Texas Neophyte: Very impressive. Where did you get your guidance in spirituality and integrity.
Dubya: Yale.
Texas Neophyte: Wow. Thanks for the interview. Will you please tell me your name again?
Dubya: Yeorge Bush.

Yale wasn't about to fail the son of George H.W. Bush. The degree was bought and paid for.

really??? are you seriously sitting there at your computer desk right now thinking that you made a valid and intelligent point??
where did you graduate from (proof)? what exactly is this bullshi.t point derived from? and why exactly do you really think that a southern accent makes you less intelligent?
grow up and get a point of view of your own. Micheal Moore and the liberal media aren't research and it doesnt make you sound very intelligent yourself to be acting like them..
GO RESEARCH SOMETHING AND LEAVE US ALONE WITH YOUR SH.IT!!

Fine, President Bush can't pronounce a few words correctly... and enjoys making up a few words (decider).
He's still doing better than those who say "Aks" rather than "Ask", and are completely unable to speak properly... and English is their primary language
