every one else would pick a thing but i guess that i am not every one else then...i would not change one thing about the way i look because i am comfortable with who i am with my appearance and changing something about myself would be the dumbest thing...you do that if you are insecure which i am not, and i am not vain but i like myself the way i am: 116 lbs., 22 years old, with brown hair, brown eyes and a nice body for which i work to maintain 4 days a week. trying to change one thing about you is like taking one think from you that makes you who you are and unique.

I'd like to be taller as I'm only 5' 2" and a little slimmer (but I'm working on that).

I would change my eye color to light brown instead of dark brown and I would like to dimples other than that I'm happy

I would have a breast reduction, smaller thighs and less puffy knees. Anyone know a good surgeon? Try having natural GG cup size when you are 5''4 the backache !!!! you can't bear to think about it

I would like smaller boobs I'm 36DDD and I hate them! You can't wear low cut shirts without looking like a ho, and I can never find a bathing suit top that fits me.
