First of all if this person is stalking you and won't leave you alone, I would start by telling someone and getting a restraining order! Don't take any chances with this situation, tell him to stay away from you and don't have any contact with this nut anymore! DON"T DATE HIM! That would be a big mistake that could lead to bigger problems, evidently he's not quite right anyways if he's stalking you and creating this type of drama!

Make sure you are in public with witnesses and scream at the top of your lungs LEAVE ME ALONE, I DON"T LIKE YOU!!!!! Then if he doesn't get the messege file a restraining order. Call the police anytime he comes near you, he'll go away.

I would try explaining to him that a date is never going to happen. If you've already done this, or if he just refuses to get it, I would say it is time to start taking notes, dates, times, places, this guy is following you, and I would then proceed to bring it to an attorney to see what can be done about it.

You need to be firm with him and tell him that you are not interested. Tell him that if he does not leave you alone, you will call the police.

well, if he is really pushing u and u are unhappy maybe u should tell someone u trust and maybe they could help and if he try's to force u then u must do something about it.
