I've managed to run away from my problems for years. It certainly helps if you own a decent pair of running shoes. But eventually the problems catch up no matter how fast you run. I always manage to outwit my problems, taking a detour to escape them. I'm afraid my running shoes are becoming worn out and I'm facing the same obstacle once again. To be honest, I'm tired of running. Perhaps you would like to borrow my shoes. Of course they may be a little small...

You usually end up running right back into them. They are waiting right around the next corner. Unfortunately, our problems are often of our own making and, unless we change the way we behave and react, we continue to create the situations that create the problems. It's sad and annoying to discover that you sometimes live in a washing machine and keep going through the same cycles over and over again. But the happy thing to learn is that we can change our behaviour and how we react and therefore, change the outcome.

Yup. Their like a shadow, you can run away, but they'll always be there. It's better to face your problems now, and get it over with and go on with life, then to have them to follow you the rest of your life. If you get over it now, you can eventually go on and not think about it, but if you continue to run from them, you'll always be thinking about it.

Sooner or later they do. It's better to face them and try and find a good solution not a quick fix because sometimes quick fixes fall apart.
Good luck and stand up !

Listen. And understand. Your problems are out there. They can't be bargained with. They can't be reasoned with. They don't feel pity, or remorse, or fear. And they absolutely will not stop, ever, until you are dead.

just ignore them and they will go by themselves :P no really, try to decide them fast so you can have time to go to disco with friends, go on a picnic, etc.. just don't leave yourself in solitude and never be isolated, if you're alone, you've got nothing to do so you think about your problems and they make you angry and it spoils the whole day!!
