Between the three, I believe Dire Straits in 1984, perhaps in 1983 with "Twistin' By the Pool".
Michael doesn't get there until the release of Thriller in 1985 or so

Since Queen started the whole genre of Music Video, I would think that maybe they did.
They were supposed to perform on a show but there was some sort of beef, so they tapped a performance that included the 4 heads and that is considered the first music video of modern format.
