I was. I had a period for about 4 days, and then I felt like I had the Flu for about 2 weeks. I thought I was really ill. Just pregnant. After the period was over I took a Home Test.

Some women do still have a period while they are pregnant but it is more like break through bleeding than a full blown period. As for the symptoms of pregnancy, some women are lucky enough not to get things like morning sickness or sore breasts. Other women are miserable straight from the start.
And then there are the false or psuedo preganacies. Unfortunately I know quite a bit about this from personal experience. You body decides to make you think you are pregnant when you are not. Lots of things cause it but it is often psychosomatic because a woman wants so badly to have a child (It happened to me after I became a widow. My husband and I were trying to get pregnant before his death.) Menopause can bring this on too.
I am not certain where you are in this spectrum but the first thing you need to do is go get a pregnancy test. They are 99.99% accurate. That way you don't have to guess. In the case of the psuedo pregnancy, guessing and waiting only makes it worse.
Whatever you are hoping for I pray that you get what you wish.

Periods During Pregnancy
Many women notice bleeding or spotting throughout their pregnancy, particularly during their first trimester. This is a fairly common occurrence, with about 10% of all women experiencing some type of light bleeding during pregnancy. This bleeding, though, is not the same as getting your period.
During pregnancy, your body is focused on nurturing your baby so your brain sends signals to your uterus not to menstruate. Most of the time, light bleeding during pregnancy is normal and doesn’t present a danger to you or your baby. However, there are some risks associated with bleeding, especially in later stages of pregnancy. If you are pregnant, it is important to be aware of the factors that can cause bleeding, and the symptoms to watch out for
Bleeding During Early Pregnancy
Bleeding during early pregnancy is fairly common, with about 1 in 4 women experiencing symptoms during their first trimester. If you are early in your pregnancy and have noticed some vaginal bleeding, you may think you have gotten your period. This blood is not your period, but, in fact, is due to some other cause.
Good Luck :)

Yes with my first son I dint know I was pregnant because I still had my menstruation. When it finally stopped I went to the doctor suspecting that I was pregnant and was shocked to find out that i was 13 weeks.
With my second son same scenario.

Yes it can happen, but you need to go get a test to see if you are really are having a baby. Just because you have the symptoms doesn't mean you are.
