You can't say anything. If you do she'll end up resenting you. You just have to be there for her - don't say anything if you can't say anything nice. Be prepared to be there for her when he disappoints her. And don't say I TOLD you So!
My friends hated the guy I was once engaged to. They never told me because they knew I wouldn't listen and I had to find out myself. They knew I would end up resenting them and choose the jerk over them.
When I called off the wedding and moved out on him they rallied to my support. Now they tell me they hated him but right after we broke up they were careful not to say anything bad about him in case we got back together! I am married to a wonderful guy now and all my friends tell me how GREAT he is!

first off you really shouldnt hate anyone. 2nd off maybe catch him in the act. like when they arent out and its just a girls night out, maybe play undercover. watch where he goes and stuff. and you "heard" he cheats. you got proof of this? he's gross, how is he gross? maybe he's not gross to her. she likes him for a reason. right? well hope this helps. if shes ur friend regardless of u not liking him you should still be happy for her if she is happy. put urself in her shoes if u were happy would you listen? wouldnt you want her to b happy for ya?

You have told her how you feel. She has to be the one to see for herself and if he like you said she will. When she does get hurt (and I hope she doesn't) don't be the one to tell her "I told you so." Let her experiment with love and you find you a nice guy and go on a double date and show this young man how he is suppose to treat a lady.

If you want to stay friends with her, you need to find a way to accept this guy. Don't start talking bad about this guy or you will find yourself without your friend.

RESPECT THAT IT'S HER CHOICE, AND LET HER MAKE HER OWN DECISIONS.
LET HER LEARN HER OWN LESSONS.
DON'T SAY 'I TOLD YOU SO', EITHER WHEN IT FALLS THROUGH. YOU WILL SURELY LOSE YOUR FRIENDSHIP.
WHEN YOU ARE OLD ENOUGH AND SMART ENOUGH, YOU WILL REALIZE HOW WRONG YOU ARE TO IMPOSE YOUR JUDGEMENT ON YOUR FRIENDS. WELL, MAYBE YOU WILL HAVE TO LOSE A FEW FRIENDS, FIRST.
