Yogurt is full of the bacteria achidopholus. Where it is an excellent digestive aid to adults and helps maintain a good bacterial balance in womens' vaginas, I'm not sure little infants digestive systems are ready for it. Always check with your physician before making dietary changes on your young baby.

They have yogurt just for babies. It's called YO-Baby yogurt. My son loved it. They have Vanilla, banana, pear and apple flavored I believe. They come in packages of 6 with like 3 banana, and 3 vanilla.

Well I don't see nothing wrong with giving a baby yogurt I did. But that's your child you do what's best because every child is different.

Yogurt is perfectly fine. You CAN get the yobaby yougurt but you can get regular yogurt too, jsut be extra careful not to get strawberry. It's an allergin.

I was worried about that too because of the live cultures in it, but my doc said it was fine. They even have yogurt for babies call "Yo Baby"

Just make it organic and whole milk. Get the plain though and mix it with pureed sweet potato or pureed carrots. Much better for them and they love it.
