The latest article I read was that they produce 1.5 million regular Elmos each season. However, they only intend to produce 40-60% of that of the TMX Elmo. One toy trade publication analyst had already stated that "If there are any (TMX Elmo's) left by December 1st, I would be surprised". Fisher Price/Matel could always change there mind and increase production, but apparently they can't increase it too much because of the technology involved in producing the toy. Hope that helps. :)

No, but I heard since it is EXTREME ELMO he will have a knive and chains to smack his b itches with. HAHA what a stupid toy, I think all kids hate it. The only people who will by it are stoners.

the demand was 1.5 million, they only made 1 million. fisherprice.com allows you to pre-order for release on December 8th.
