ok this much i do know.......but dont understand..when i am single and on my own.i feel the most confident girl in the world...no probs at all.....................when im with someone or in arelationship thats when i get all this insecurity.analysize way too much think way too much and try and sabotage..but its only when ifeel strongly for someone..when its just at the friends stage i dont give atosss!!.hmmmmmmmmm..im just aloooney tune i think!lol

you are normal, lots of men know how to brake the shield of self-worth so that you're always beneath and not better yourself, especially if you are the kind of woman who can take care of herself, even if he's a nice guy. when those kind of relationships are over and you gain back your strength, you feel like nothing can destroy you. Enjoy your new gained freedom as long as you can, this is the best time to achieve new goals, as you have so much strength while your armor gets thicker and don't let anyone strip you from it again. The next one will be better! you'll know when it's time to stop sabotaging relationships, when the right one comes around, so don't feel guilty.Good luck!

I'm guessing that you have been hurt in the past and you are not over it yet. When you feel yourself getting close to someone, you pull away and self destruct. You need to identify and deal with the prevous loss before you can move forward.
After many failed relationships, I took the last 3 1/2 years to figure this out.

Let me guess??? Dad and mom split up? Did one of them leave for someone else??? Because you sound like me! You're not looney just afraid of being hurt, so afraid, that you sabotage your relationship first, because you think it will end anyway. Read a few books on self image and improvement, it may help. If you want to know anything else just ask me.

I am very confident being single and very fustrated in a relationship after a month or two. You may want to talk to a counceler of some sort. Or even go up to your partner and say "I feel....I tend to feel whatever at times honey...." Make sure you don't "sound accusing". If he loves you he will understand, and if not, kick him to the curb!

If you feel insecure only when you are in relationships, it's high time you figure out WHY you feel that way. I would definately see a counselor. They might be able to help you figure it out, and maybe figure out what caused you to feel this way in the first place. Best of Luck to you.

no ur not crazy at all, thats everyone is, its just because when u really like someone u want to be their everything, that mean if they like beyonce u want to be better than her, and jealousy kicks in, u start feeling like u always gotta be better and better, and then u look at every other girl and compare urself, u need to just avoid that period cuz it can make u depressed.. ask urself what are things ur most confident about when ur single, and compare and accept urself when ur not single
