This bothered me too for quite some time. The Pope wasn't right in saying that but at the same time acting on it and going on a murderous rampage doesn't build peoples faith.

I believe that such acts creates rifts in the muslim community. I have muslim friends and they would never act in such a fashion. I know they have strong faith and their position is to have a place in the world based on peace not on war or vengence.

We really need to stop wars in the world and start rebuilding. If we as a people get too caught up in the politics we will start tearing each other apart.

I know there are alot of good Christians and Muslims. No one wants war or death. There are those who don't believe that there can ever be peace.

I for one believe there will be peace one day. Unfortunately its going to take alot of work. Respect is worked hard for not given freely. Lets not take hand outs and work for a better world.

Utter nonsense.

The murder of the nun was condemned across the Muslim world (I'm a Muslim - I know). The Islamic authorities in Somalia are searching for the perpetrators of this crime and they will be tried for murder.

What the Pope said was unfortunate and so was the angry reaction to it. He has now apologized and invited Muslim ambassadors and leaders to participate in a dialogue with him. Soon everything will be sorted out.

No matter what you may have heard, Islam is a religion of peace - the actions of a few radicals cannot convict one billion devout followers.

lots of love

Yes I agree with the Pope too. Islam is a violent and radical belief, and is a much bigger threat to world peace than Hitler ever thought about being.

Because we are not animals. Notice the Muslims on here are defending their actions, but it has no merit because we see them on the news burning effigies and making death threats. Those who deny it are just making excuses.

Christians, Jews and Odinists are the civilized folks. But, us odinists are about at the breaking point and if we go over the edge, we will give them head loppings that will have Al Quaeda groaning in envy.

Yes it does.Have you noticed there is seemingly no outrage in the muslim community over these outragous acts of savagery?
So much for Islam being a religeon of peace.Let's hope your question generates some ernest, thoughtful, enlightning conversation.

I'm a Muslim and I've been living in Islamic countries all my life and I've never said nor have I heard anyone saying this. What you are hearing is sheer anti-Islam propaganda.
