How do I say You look very nice/Beautiful tonight in Japanese without meaning anything by it? I am going out with some Japanese Exchange Students and I was wondering if anyone knew how to correctly say it (not like the poor translation from online sites).

konya wa totemo kirei desune.

(or say "dane" instead of "desune" in the end, if it doesn't have to be formal)

sounds good to me.
pls note many Japanese are not used to be told something in direct expression especially when you are seated face-to-face.
so you might find the woman you talk to seems even awkward. she is surely delighted but may not know how to react to you...
